About
The project takes the qualities from the building block typology, but replaces the courtyard with an internal atrium, which can be used no matter the season or weather, while contributing with plenty of daylight to the offices. The atrium works as a place for informal meetings, lounge areas and events.

Materials
A prefabricated sandwich brick wall element works as building envelope. The back of the element is made of concrete, just as all internal columns are. This project has a high degree of prefabrication elements ranging from walls, columns and windows to slabs and skylights.
