About
This office building is part of a large city planning in central Liverpool. The building takes its shape from the plot and arises from a light base, tilting the facade outwards and creates sharp corners representing that of ships in the harbor. The rhythm and size of the windows gives a high degree of daylight together with a vertical expression.

Materials
The base of the building is glazed and gives it a light and transparent expression, which is framed by the external concrete columns supporting the upper floors. The remaining facade is a dark steel cladding in the same color as the window frames.
